Manchester - Eleanor Partridge True, 85, died Aug. 31, 2006, in Hanover Hill Healthcare Center.
She was born in Manchester, March 15, 1921 to Robert A. and Carlie M. (Brock) Partridge.
Mrs. True was employed by Mutual Life of New York and later was an officer at the former Amoskeag Trust Company.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert True, in 1990.
Family includes two stepsons, Richard E. True of West End, N.C., and Robert True of Youngwood, Pa.; six step-grandchildren; two sisters, Jean P. Charnley of Manchester and Elizabeth Stahlman of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and nieces and nephews.
Services: There are no calling hours. A memorial service is Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Grace Episcopal Church, 106 Lowell St., Manchester. The Rev. Charles Blauvelt will officiate. Urn burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
