Heart Attack Fatal to Mrs. Sager, 48
Mrs. Jack Sager, 48, of rural Creighton died unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 7 at the local hospital about three hours after suffering a coronary.
Funeral services were held Oct. 9 at Hengstler's Chapel with Rev. Bertel Lovain of Swedish Mission Covenant Church, Wausa, officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack Barton, Ray Wagner, Ray Blair, Dale Marvin, Charles Hoferer and Joe Moser.
Gloria Lorraine Hult, daughter of Pearl and Alva Hult, was born Nov. 24, 1925 at Wausa and attended school there. She married Lawrence Jack Sager May 6, 1943 at Plainview. Six children were born to them.
Survivors include her husband; father; four children, Mrs. Jim (Sandy) Meier of Grand Island, Mrs. Ron (Gloria) Kortum of Fremont, Jackie and Sue at home; three sisters, Mrs. Forest Hall of California, Mrs. Keith Cook of Oakland and Gana Hult of Wausa.
She was preceded in death by her mother and two infant sons, Billy and Jackie.
