Pamela Jane Ashcraft, 58, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2012.
She was born January 14, 1954, in Magnolia to William H. and Sue Bright Dowell of Conway, Arkansas.
Mrs. Ashcraft graduated from Rison High School in 1972. She began a long distinguished career in 1989 as a dispatcher for the Pine Bluff Police Department and later MECA (Metropolitan Emergency Communication Association) in Pine Bluff, where she was currently working as a shift supervisor.
Survivors include her husband, Steaven Owen Ashcraft, her husband of 38 years; a son, Chad Allen and wife, Amy Ashcraft of White Hall; a very special granddaughter, Magen Elizabeth; her parents, William H. and Sue Dowell of Conway; a brother, Mark Dowell and wife, Cheryl of Woodlawn; nephews, Eric Dowell and wife, Nichole of Fort Smith, Phillip Dowell of Woodlawn and her loving pets, Beaudacious, Chyna and Boobasue.
Visitation will be March 7, from 6 to 8 PM at Robinson's.
Services will be 10 AM, Thursday, March 8, 2012, Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Todd Howard officiating.
