CHATSWORTH --(PNS)-- John M. Quinn, 89, formerly of Forrest and Strawn, died at 7 a.m. Thursday at his home in Chicago, it was learned here.
He had been ill a week after suffering a stroke.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Chicago and burial will be Saturday in Chatsworth Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Quinn was the son of Michael and Hanna Quinn. He married Miss Zita Feehery of Campus.
He is survived by his wife and seven children, including Catherine and Elaine Quinn who lived with Will Quinn, a deceased brother, at Chatsworth.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Catherine Crawford, Mitchell, S.D. and a brother, Frank, of Chicago.
