Died Tuesday, June 26, 2012
Eddie Thomas Bondurant Jr., 74, of Martinsville (Snow Creek), died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at his home.
He was born in Martinsville, on Jan. 14, 1938 to Eddie T. Bondurant Sr. and Imogene Jamison Bondurant.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was a farmer and was also supervisor for a dismantling company.
Bondurant had served in the National Guard and he was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Adkins-Foley of Martinsville; a stepson, David Biggs of Arkansas; one sister, Sylvia Cleary of Martinsville; one brother, Johnny Bondurant of Martinsville; and one grandson.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Martinsville with the Rev. Lee Ashley officiating. Burial will be in the cemetery near Snow Creek Christian Church.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and other times at the Bondurant farm.
Memorials may be made to the Snow Creek Rescue Squad or the Snow Creek Fire Department, 7049 Snow Creek Road, Penhook, Va. 24137.
