Kenneth Fontes Sr.
Kenneth David Fontes Sr 67, died Tuesday evening in Casa Serena Convalescent Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
A lifelong resident of Salinas He was a retired tractor driver for Admiral Packing Co.
He is survived by his widow, Florence Fontes oi the family home his mother, Josephine Flores of Salinas two daughters. Everline Kelsey of Carmel Valley and Jo Ellen Kelsey of Modesto, a son, Kenneth Fontes, Jr of Salinas, and a sister, Daydee Moore o! Salinas. Also surviving are five grandchildren.
Rosary will he recited at 8 p m Friday in the Muller Mortuary Chapel
Funeral services will be held from the mortuary at 930 a.m. Saturday to Sacred Heart Catholic Church where Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m.
Entombment will be in the Garden of Memories
The family prefers that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
