Fran was born and raised in Bayonne, NJ, and lived much of her life on Prospect Avenue. After graduating from Bayonne HS in 1967 Fran did the traditional thing and got married the following year. She had two children by her husband Robert Kaszuba, with whom she had become estranged more than six years prior to her death. Her children were Teresa and Robert, Jr. whom she loved with all her heart.

She worked at several places on Broadway for many years, most notably Pay-N-Save and Roth-Harris Communications. Fran worked hard often days and nights, and sometimes weekends. She even worked as a caterer, and the food she made was absolutely the best.

Everyone that knew Fran loved and admired her. She was caring, loving, and very giving. She had a special affection for young children and babies. Fran was very outgoing, friendly, and made everyone around her feel comfortable and happy to be around her. She cared about people...and they loved her for it.

Among her pleasures was listening to music, cooking, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, and creating a comfortable home life. Her favorite musicians were Rod Stewart, Phil Collins, and Englebert Humperdinck. She enjoyed cooking Italian and Polish dishes, and loved to bake as well. I miss her cream puffs and lemon bars.

Fran died as a result of an auto accident that occurred in Stephen R. Gregg Park in Bayonne. She died at the hands of a drunk driver whom was out on parole for killing another person while driving drunk seven years earlier.

I will never forget you. You will always have a special place in my heart.
