Robert Adams
Robert Duane Adams, Jr., 46, of Lakeland, Fla., formerly of Cass City, died Friday, June 3, 2005 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Lakeland, Fla.
He was born Oct. 18, 1958 in Caro, the son of Robert, Sr. and Lillie (Rice) Adams.
Adams worked in Maintenance for Polk County School District.
He is survived by his fiancée, Elaine Dionne; his children: Benjamin (Amanda) Adams of Traverse City, and Andrew Adams of Cass City; 2 grandchildren; his mother, Lillie Adams of Cass City; 2 brothers: Almon Adams of Tennessee, and Anthony (Kris) Adams of Cass City; and a sister, Patricia Adams of California.
Adams was preceded in death by a son, Phillip Adams, and his father, Robert, Sr., both in 1993.
Funeral services were held Sunday, June 12, at Thabet Funeral Home, Cass City.
Memorials may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund.
Arrangements were made by Thabet Funeral Home, Cass City.
