Jeff was born on August 1, 1968, in Kerrville, Texas. He graduated from Gatesville High School in 1987. He then lived between Fort Worth, Gatesville, Kerrville and points beyond. Jeff did a variety of work from being a bouncer/bartender to driving a truck, but he primarily moved furniture. He was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by family and friends alike.
Jeff was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Shelton; grandparents, Roy and Ima Coleman of Kerrville and Gertrude Hooker of Kerrville; and by numerous other family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Jordan Westbrook-Coleman of Gatesville; his girlfriend, Darlene Roberts; his sisters, Rachel Coleman and fiancée, Jason Morgan, and Veronica Smith and husband, Rudy Smith, of Gatesville; parents, Vivian and Travis Moore of Gatesville and John and Marsha Coleman of Kerrville; grandparents, Roy and Betty Hooker of Gatesville; his son's mother, Anne Westbrook; nieces and nephews, Candice Gray of Midland, Zack Coleman of Valley Mills, Leslie Coleman of Belton, Samantha Coleman, Natalie Coleman, Taylor Coleman, Raynie Coleman, Wacey Corley, Rhysa Smith, Kyler Smith and Rylee Smith, all of Gatesville; aunts, uncles and cousins of a large and loving extended family; and many supportive and dedicated friends.
Jeff loved to play video games. He enjoyed karaoke and playing pool or darts. He loved spending time with friends and family just hanging out. He always had a two liter of soda in one hand and a cigarette (or other smoking substance) in the other hand. He had a love of life. Jeff never had a lot of material things, but always had a lot of friends.
