A resident of Wadsworth for many years, Mr. Crittenden died in a local hospital from failing health issues. He came to Nevada from his native New York just after the turn of the century; he was a carpenter by trade.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Therrien of Reno and Mrs. Doris Asti of Los Angeles; two grandchildren George Therrian of Alhambra and Terry Asti of Los Angeles.
He was a member of the Wadsworth Lodge No. 25 F & A M.

Note: Mabel Crittenden married first Mr. Russell, from that union George Russell was born. Mr. Russell died and Mabel married second Samuel J. Therrien. George took on the surname of his step-father in the above obituary.
