Joseph Travis Sheppard, 65, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at his home. Visitation is July 3, 2012 from 5 to 9 pm and Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from the Chapel of Ott & Lee with burial to follow in the Richland City Cemetery with Military honors.
Joshua 24:15 " ... as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Joseph Sheppard lived and breathed this with all his heart. He faithfully served the Lord 44 years, his Country 23 years, and retired from the City of Richland.
