FUNERAL FOR YOUNG COUPLE SET TUESDAY
_______________

Hoisingtons, Married Only Month, Die in Ohio Car Accident
_______________

Funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hoisington, whose honeymoon of less than a month ended in tragedy Friday night when both were fatally injured in a car-truck crash near Willard, Ohio, will be held at St. John's Catholic church Tuesday. The hour of the services has not been decided yet. Osborn's funeral home will be in charge.

Hoisington, whose parents live in Athens, Ohio, will be buried in Shreveport with his wife, the former Miss Adele Sour, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Sour, 908 Linden street. The bodies will arrive in Shreveport tomorrow morning.

Hoisington, 35, and Miss Sour, 28, were married in Shreveport on Oct. 27, following his discharge from service at Barksdale Field. They left Shreveport last Monday by plane to make their home in Toledo.

The accident occurred when they were returning to Toledo, following a Thanksgiving visit with Hoisington's parents in Athens. Sour said Saturday that a brother of Hoisington telephoned him Friday night about the tragedy. The brother said that the car in which the couple was returning to Toledo from Athens was struck by a large truck and that both were killed.

Hoisington died in Municipal hospital at Willard Friday. His wife died on the way to the hospital.

Besides her parents, here, Mrs. Hoisington is survived by four sisters, Miss Elizabeth Sour, Mrs. W. R Lockard, Mrs. Ira W. Jaudon, and Mrs. Charles Pasquier, all of Shreveport, and two brothers, John Robert Sour, Shreveport, and Arthur, Jr., with the army of occupation of Japan.

Mrs. Hoisington was a member of St. John's Catholic church and of the Hathors club in Shreveport. She graduated from Byrd high school and attended a local business college. Before her marriage she was employed at the First National Bank and later at Barksdale Field.
