STATE OF WISCONSIN,-COUNTY OF MANITOWOC.-ss.
Probate Office, Manitowoc, August 13th, A.D., 1881.
In the matter of the proof and probate of the last will and testament of Frank Mach, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc.
Whereas an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Frank Mach, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc, has been filed in this office: and whereas application has been made by Frank Pelishek, praying that the same be proven and admitted to probate according to the laws of this state:
Therefore it is ordered that said application be heard before me at the Probate Office in Manitowoc, in said county, on Tuesday, the 18th day of September, A.D., 1881, at 10 o'clock A.M.
And it is further ordered that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by publication of this order in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper printed in said county, for three successive weeks, once each week, prior to the time of such hearing.
