Mrs. Anna Madson, 77, of Mishicot, widow of the late Dr. Archie Madson, longtime Mishicot veterinarian, died early Friday morning at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral arrangements under direction of Specht Funeral Home, Mishicot will be announced Saturday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Madson, 77, of Mishicot, widow of Dr. Archie R. Madson, early Mishicot veterinarian, who died Friday morning at Manitowoc Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Zion Evangelical United Brethren Church, Mishicot, the Rev. B.A. Zimdars officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Madson, nee Ann Behnke, was born at Potter, Wis., daughter of the late John and Augusta Heinz Behnke. She was married Dec. 2, 1913, to Dr. Madson. After their marriage the couple moved to Mishicot where her husband practiced as a veterinarian until his death 21 years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Florence Walters, of Chicago and Mrs. Lyle Beierlein, of LaGrange, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Emma Sievers, of Amherst, Mass.; a brother, Jugo Holst, of Mishicot, and a grandson, Edward Beierlein, of LaGrange, Ill.
Friends may call at Specht funeral Home, Mishicot, after 3 p.m. Sunday until 11 a.m. Monday when the casket will be taken to the church where the body will lie in state until the time of service.
