Alexander E. Carter "Alex", the first of three children born to Howard and Theresa (Tumlin) Carter, came into this world on March 1, 1982 at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, California. He passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 in Atkins, Arkansas.
He attended Pottsville High School in Pottsville, Arkansas. His dream was to be in the military and in 2006 that dream came true when he enlisted in the Army National Guard. Unfortunately that dream wasn't meant to last; Alex was discharged for Medical reasons shortly before his death.
