Luzenia A. Sander, 93, Couderay, died Saturday, Dec. 10, at Valley Health Care Center, Hayward.
She was born May 21, 1906, at Reserve, WI, a daughter of Charles and Laura (Isham) White. She grew up at Reserve, and was married to Alfred Hugh Sander.
She is survived by four sons, Alfred H., John (Jackie), and Michael (Terri), all of Couderay, and Robert (Phyllis), Exeland; five daughters, Dorothy Tate, Exeland, Joy (Harold) Corsette, Crown Point, IN, Grace Wills, Abrams, WI, Dolores Sander, Couderay, and Frances Alberta Whitney, British Columbia, Canada; 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Irma White, Exeland, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alfred; one son, Lawrence; four brothers, Ira, George, Robert, and Alex White; two sisters, Frances VanGilder, and Edna Montgomery.
The funeral service was held at 10 A.M. Wednesday, Dec. 14, at Anderson-Nathan Funeral Home, with Rev. Fr. James Dabruzzi officiating. Music was provided by Joyce Sherer, organist, and Greg Pachnik, soloist. Visitation was from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home, with a scripture service at 7 P.M. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Couderay.
Honorary casketbearers were Adam Carryl, Samuel Parker Griffeth, Donald James Perrault, and Ryan Rohde.
