Louella Allen was born to Hartley and Julia Ardell Allen and spent her childhood in Parish. She moved to Syracuse, New York and remained there until her death. She never married. Services were held at the Greenleaf Funeral Home. The Rev Clarence C Walker officiating. Miss Allen was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Surviving are a sister, Mrs Frances Steinbach and several nieces and nephews.
