A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 2000, in Holman-Hankins-Bowker & Waud funeral home for Dorothy Lorraine Alsman, who died Jan. 22 at age 78.
Mrs. Alsman was born Sept. 6, 1921, in Oregon City. Her maiden name was Selby. She was a concession stand clerk at Memorial Coliseum from 1959 until around 1990 and also worked for the Kennel Club from the mid-1980s to mid-1990s. In 1945, she married Glenn Alsman; he died in 1999.
Survivors include her sons, Robert and John; daughter, Sandy Whitcomb; brother, Charles Selby; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City. The family suggests remembrances to the American Lung Association.
