Walter (Bob) Mahlock, 74, of 1014 S. 19th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday afternoon at Holy Family Extended Care Facility, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Saturday at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Norval W. Kock will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Mahlock was born Feb. 11, 1900 at Collins, son of the late John and Mary Roberts Mahlock. He married Viola Voigt Jan. 22, 1920 at Collins, moving to Manitowoc in 1921. He had been employed at Rahr Malting co., and Anheuser-Busch Inc., Manitowoc, from 1932 until his retirement in 1965. He was a member of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church and former member of Teamsters-Chauffers Union Local No. 619

Survivors include his wife, a son and daughter-in-law, Calo and Mary Mahlock of Fort Wayne, Ind., a sister, Mrs. Emma Fluhr of Kiel; two grandsons, Bruce and Peter, three granddaughters, Nan, Martha and Sarah and a great granddaughter, Jennifer. Two brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 pm Friday and at the church from noon Saturday until the time of service.
