Marvin C. Mahnke, 67, of 926 Indiana Ave., was found dead of natural causes, Tuesday, at his home.
Mr. Mahnke was born Dec. 19, 1918, in Manitowoc, son of the late Frank and Amalia Puls Mahnke. He attended public schools in Manitowoc. Mr. Mahnke was employed as a ship's cook on the Great Lakes. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, and was also active in bowling.
Mr. Mahnke is survived by several cousins.
The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels with the Rev. James Hartman, pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
