Mrs. Mahnke, 70, Was Born In Mishicot; Funeral Saturday
Mrs. Anna Mahnke, 70, nee Anna Koch, died Wednesday at her home, 901 South 15th street, after an illness of about two weeks.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Pfeffer funeral home. Burial will be made in the Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Mahnke was born in Mishicot, June 1, 1866. She has lived in this city most of her life. Her husband, Fred Mahnke, died six years ago.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Paul Budnick, Mrs. Charles Mathieu, Mrs. Sidney Hewings and Mrs. Pearl Christiansen, all of Manitowoc; one son, Theodore, Milwaukee; a sister, Mrs. Lena Schaff, Manitowoc; and seven grandchildren.
The body will lie in state at the Pfeffer funeral home from Friday morning until the time of the services on Saturday.
