Mrs. Anton Anhalt, 68 of Clarks Mills, died this morning following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the St. Mary Catholic church, Clarks Mills. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
She was born Mary Raft in Woodville, Calumet county, in 1881 and in 1904 was married to Mr. Anhalt. They located on a small farm near Clarks Mills. Mrs. Anhalt was a member of the Christian Mothers of St. Mary congregation.
Survivors are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Stanley Dembski of this city; three sons, Michael of this city, George of Cato, and Joseph of route 2, Two Rivers; brother, Nicholas of Helbert; sister, Miss Anna Raft of Hilbert.
