MRS. NELS NELSON, PIONEER IS DEAD

Heart trouble and old age caused the death of Mrs. Nels Nelson, a pioneer resident of the city, who made her home with her nephew, Arthur Hansen, N. Seventh Street, and who passed away Wednesday night.

Mrs. Nelson, who was born in Norway, came to America forty years ago and has resided in Manitowoc most of the time since. Mr. Nelson died sixteen years ago and Mrs. Nelson had made her home with relatives.

One child, Mrs. H.L. Hansen survives.

Mrs. Nelson was a member of the Ladies Aid Society of St. Paul's Norwegian Lutheran Church and was well and favorably known.

She was ill two weeks.

The funeral of Mrs. Lena Nelson whose demise occurred on Thursday morning will be held Sunday afternoon. Services at 1:30 at the residence on North Seventh Street and at 2 o'clock from St. Paul Lutheran Church, Tenth and St. Clair Streets.

Order for proof of will.
STATE OF WISCONSIN COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY.
In the matter of the estate of Lina Neilson (sic) Deceased. In Probate.
An instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Lina Neilson of Manitowoc in said county having been delivered into said court:
And Dena Hanson of Manitowoc in said County, having presented to said Court her petition in writing duly verified, representing, among other things, that said Lina Neilson died testate, at Manitowoc in said county on the 23rd day of March, 1911; that said Instrument is the Last Will of said deceased and that she is named therein as Executrix, and praying that said Instrument be proven and admitted to Probate and that letters testamentary be thereon issued to her said Dena Hanson.
It is ordered: That said petition and the matters therein be heard, and proofs of said Last Will and Testament be taken, at a special term of said County Court, to be held at the Probate office in the city of Manitowoc, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of May 1911, at 10 o'clock A.M.
And it is further Ordered: That notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by publication hereof for three successive weeks, once each week, previous to the time of said hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper published in said Manitowoc County.
