Hubbell, Sawyer County's veteran service officer, this for the exceptional performance in duties of his office , he having been awarded for the second year the American Legion Service Officer Trophy because of the creditable manner of functioning in the conducting of his official capacities in behalf of the ex-servicemen within his home territory.
