Dorey, Clarence Michael "Mike"- 55, West Arichat, formerly of Halifax, passed away April 10, 2012 at the Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Joseph Arthur and Rita M. (Pellerine) Dorey. He is survived by his brother Joseph Albert (Pierre Proulx), Halifax; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday morning at 11 in the Immaculate Conception Church, West Arichat, with Rev. Angus MacDougall officiating. Burial in the Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery, West Arichat. Reception to follow in the Acadiaville Community Hall, West Arichat. The family would like to say thank you to family members and friends who visited and assisted Michael while he was at home and in the hospital. A special thank you to Adele Mitchell for her help and visits from Halifax and also to Nancy Cameron and her team with the Palliative Care Unit at the Strait Richmond Hospital.
