Burial: 10 May 1965∼Lester C. Okey, 67, 1310 No 950 West, Provo, Utah died Thursday afternoon in a Provo Hospital following a lingering illness.
He was born December 1, 1897 in Alpine (Utah) son of Edwin and Mary Ellen Clark Okey. He married Domatile Adamson Okey on March 10, 1915 in Provo. She died November 1915. He married Mary Ann Street Duffin on October 23, 1919 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mr. Okey was a farmer most of his life. He was an active member of the LDS Church.
Surviving are his widow, Provo., stepdaughter Mrs. Don (Leona) Trane, Salt Lake City, 3 grandchildren, on brother, Harvey Okey, Lehi, one sister Mrs. Elmer (LaVina) Anderson, Wendall, Idaho.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel where friends may call Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday prior to services. Burial will be in the Lehi City Cemetery.
