Suggested edit: WINSLOW – Milton Victor Rabe, retired farmer of Winslow Route 2, died Saturday at about 9:15 p.m. in his home following a lingering illness. He was born Jan. 1, 1886, in Oneco Township, son of William and Katherine Lestikow Rabe. His marriage to Clara Schrader took place March 25, 1909 in Afolkey.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Eldon and Ronald, both of Winslow Route 2; four sisters, Mrs. August Mann, Orangeville, Mrs. George Yeazel and Mrs. William Babler, both of Monroe, and Mrs. George Wichelt, New Glarus, Wis.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was a member of Basswood Methodist Church in Oneco Township. Service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Basswood Methodist Church, with Rev. John Bruce and Rev. Fred Cappuccino, former pastor and pastor, respectively, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Cardascio Funeral Home until noon Tuesday and thereafter at the church.
