William Thomas Hallada, 49, 2814 Forest Avenue, Two Rivers, an
employee of Plant No. 1, of the Aluminum Goods Manufacturing
Company for 20 years and a veteran member of the Modern Woodmen
of America, died at his home at 7 o'clock this morning after a
three months' illness.
Funeral services will be held in Two Rivers Monday morning at
8:30 from the Klein and Stangel, Inc., Funeral Home, and at 9
o'clock from the St. Luke's Catholic Church. The Very Rev.
Dean C. V. Hugo will officiate and burial will be at St. Mary's
Cemetery at Tisch Mills.
William Hallada was born at Tisch Mills, April 13, 1893. He
married Catherine Prucha on November 14, 1916. They operated a
farm for a number of years at Tisch Mills although he worked in
Two Rivers for two years before moving there 18 years ago.
Besides the widow, survivors are four daughters, Mrs. John
Courchaine and Mrs. Edwin Kappelman of Two Rivers and Vivian
and Elaine, at home; one son Anthony, at home; four sisters,
Mrs. Joseph Gesser, of Mishicot, Mrs. Emil Marek and Mrs.
Sylvester Kopetsky, of Two Rivers, Miss Frances, of Douglas
county; and one brother, Carl Hallada, of Mishicot. Two
grandchildren also survive.
The rosary will be recited at the funeral home Sunday evening
at 7:45.
