Bert Shefchek, Sr., 68, of Rt. 3, Two Rivers, died Tuesday morning at Two Rivers Community Hospital.
Mr. Shefchek was born June 23, 1907, in the Town of Gibson, son of the late Bartha and Anna Dedt Shefchek. He married Eleanor Hanek June 18, 1929, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tisch Mills. He farmed in the town of Carlton area until 1956. He was retired from Mirro Aluminum Co. in 1972.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, a daughter, a sister, Mrs. Joseph Hronek, of Rt. 3, Kewaunee; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A grandson preceded him in death.
