Charlotte Ann Olivares Miranda Fowler, 65, of Colusa died June 9, 2008. Born on July 26, 1942 in Willows, CA, she was a lifelong resident of Colusa whose vocation was nursing. Spanning more than 35 years, her nursing career began with the Colusa County Health Department in the 1970s. She received her Licensed Vocational Nurse degree in 1972 and began her long employment at Eskaton Community Hospital. In 1983 she received her RN degree and worked at the Colusa Regional Medical Center (CRMC) until her recent reirement in 2008.

She was actively involved with the Catholic Ladies Relief Society, the CRMC Pink Ladies Auxiliary, and the CRMC Board of Directors. She is survived by her three children Gabriela Miranda of Albuquerque, NM; Christy Weinstein of Palo Alto, CA; and Carlos Miranda of Redding, CA; her sister Terry Sanchez of Los Angeles, CA; and brother Paul Olivares of Colusa, CA; and her five grandchildren Maci, Emily, Noah, Jacob, and Alexa.

Services: Visitations will be held from 5:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. with a rosary service at 7:00p.m. on Thursday at McNary Moore Funeral Home in Colusa, 107 5th Street. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Colusa, 399 Oak Street, followed by a graveside service at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetary,
