Arthur G. Senn, 91, of Bishop Drumm Care Center, 5921 Winwood Drive, Johnston, died of cancer Saturday at Mercy Hospital Medial Center. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bishop Drumm Chapel. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Mr. Senn was born in Burlington and lived in Des Moines most of his life, retiring as owner of Senn Furnace Co. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, St. Vincent DePaul Society and Legion of Mary.
Surviving are two sons, Joe and Arthur J., both of Des Moines; three daughters, Barbara Mobley of San Pablo, Calif., Mary Margaret Glanz of Des Moines and Jacqueline Worden of Modesto, Calif.,; a sister Marguerite Hearn of Johnston; 29 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 26 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the chapel, where there will be vigil services at 3:30 and 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bishop Drumm-McAuley Terrace residence. Dunn's Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
