Services for Hazel Barnes, 93, of Rembrandt were held June 10 at the Hughes-Nelson Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Eldridge officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Alta.
Barnes was born May 28, 1890 in Buena Vista County. She taught school for many years and retired in 1955.
Survivors include her sister, Gladys Dallenbach of Maynard; two nephews and three nieces.
