RICE William F. Rice Sr., age 86, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011.
US Navy veteran of WW II. Life member of VFW Post #2505.
Retired from American Aggerates Corp. Preceded in death by loving wife of 63 years, Maryann, parents Otto and Chettie Lee Rice , brother, sisters, and great-grandson Jeffery.
Bill will be missed by his loving children, Maryann (Sam)
Youngman, William Jr. (Mel) Rice , and Dawn (Jim) Lee; granddaughters, Barbara Jean (Mike), Janet, Brenda, and April (Chris); great-grandchildren, Shayla, Kristen, Aaron, Gary, Hope and Elizabeth Rose; many nieces and nephews.
His beloved cats, Spot, George, and Blackie.
Friends may call at O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Saturday 11 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Dr. William L. Snider officiating.
