Mrs. Yolande Collins, age 95, formerly of Washington, DC, passed away in Williamsburg, VA where she had been living since the death of her husband, Brig. General James L. Collins Jr. As a military wife, she traveled extensively following her husband's assignments, but always maintained a residence in Washington, DC. In 1982, General Collins retired, and they established Zulia Vineyard in Middleburg, VA.
The Memorial Service to be held at St. John's Church Lafayette Square on June 30. There will be a private interment of ashes at Arlington National Cemetery later in the summer.
