Mr. Bill Jones was the husband of Esther Charlton Jones and the father to Anita, Margaret and Wayne. I remember him well as we lived on the same street in Pompano for many years during my growing up days. He was a hard working man and a Painter by profession. My recollection is that he kept all of the buildings surrounding the Hillsbough Lighthouse painted through the years as there were many that lived in that area that were in the Coast Guard. I think he was originally from North Carolina but am not sure. He was the father to one of my good friends. I will always remember him.
