In the Obituary of William Carter Bugg (Born Dec. 6, 1820 in Bedford Co., Virginia, and died Jan.16, 1908 at Cashion, Oklahoma), the last line states : His daughter, Mrs. Anna S. Kinkead, of Wood Lake, NE, arrived in time for the funeral. This Obituary is in the January 23, 1908, issue of The Kingfisher Times, Kingfisher, OK.

Anna Sophia Bugg Randall Kinkead was born in Callaway Co., MO, to William Carter Bugg and Judith Ann McDonnell Bugg; however, Judith Ann's grave is not located, as of yet. Federal Census records show Judith with the family in 1870 in Callaway Co., but Anna is not in the household.

In 1880, William Carter Bugg and children, son Thomas Jefferson Bugg & daughter Sallie Bugg, have moved to Republic Co., Kansas. Neither Judith nor Anna Sophia is with them.

Ann Sophia Bugg, born Dec. 10, 1848 in Missouri married Richard Robinson (Born 1844) on April 4, 1867, in Boone Co., Missouri.

Ann Sophia Bugg married Andrew Leonard Randall (Born 7-25-1832 in New York) on March 18, 1872, in Boone Co. MO. A. L. Randall died 6-18-1889 in Clearwater, NE, and is buried in Fairview Cemetery. The couple had 4 children : Andrew Franklin 1873-1932, Eunice Cordelia1878-1916, William Elmer 1881-1968, and Arthur Leroy 1887-1950.

The June 1880 Federal Census for Republic Co., Kansas, shows the Randall family with a daughter Flora, son Frank (Andrew Frank) and daughter Eunice in Rose Creek Township of Rep. Co., KS. Mr. Randall is listed as "Laborer" and, instead of the normal "Keeping house" listing for the ladies, Annie S. is listed as "Keeping tent".

In 1893, 4 years after the death of her second husband, Annie S. married Charles Richard Kinkead in Nebraska, and son Arthur Leroy lived with them until his own marriage and he lived with his mother at the end of her life.
