Kenneth R. Voss, 70, of 19707 State Highway 57, (Millhome), died Monday afternoon, May 10, 1999 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.
He was born Jan. 23, 1929 in the town of Meeme, son of the late William and Olga Rautmann Voss. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army from 1952 until 1954 serving in Korea. He was employed at Kohler Co. for 34 years, retiring in 1979. Kenneth enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He was a member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club.
Survivors include three brothers, Roger Voss and Orville Voss, both of Kiel and Willis (Delores) Voss of rural Newtown; three sisters, Alice (Edgar) Baumann of Sheboygan, Gladys (Merlin) Schleunes of Kiel, and Delores (Vernon) Kress of Cleveland. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, one infant brother, one nephew and one niece.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 1999 at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, Kiel with the Rev. Melinda Feller officiating. Burial will be in St. Johannes Cemetery, Cleveland. Friends may call at the Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral, Kiel from 4 p.m. Thursday until the time of services.
A memorial has been established for Bethel United Church of Christ, town of Herman.
