Mrs. Mary Kott, 72, wife of Charles Kott, died at 1 a.m. today at the family residence, 1820 N. Eighth street, from a complication of ailments which had confined her for the past few weeks.
Mrs. Kott was born in Two Rivers, the town of Meeme. on September 29, 1853. She was married to Mr. Kott in this city on August 5, 1974, and last year observed their golden wedding anniversary. For the past fifty years Mr. And Mrs. Kott resided in the residence where she died this morning.
The survivors are the husband, one son, Fred Kott and two daughters, Mrs. William Platzer, and Miss Agnes Kott at home. One granddaughter, Florence Platzer, two sisters, Mrs. Lena Schultz, and Miss Millie Kaemmerer, Milwaukee, and four brothers, William and Frank Kaemmerer of Milwaukee, and Charles Kaemmerer, this city, and Henry Kaemmerer, of Mino, North Dakota also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday from Holy Name church. Rt. Rev. Monsignor D. F. Thill will officiate and interment will be made in Wildwood cemetery.
