Funeral services for Charlie Ray Isham, age 70 of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday at West Oaks Funeral Chapel with Rev. Benny Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Brigham Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Phillips, Gerald Gooding, Bill Deaton, Ed Wood, Jessie Smith and Gary Crow.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Saturday at West Oaks Funeral Home.
Mr. Isham died Friday, July 16, 2004 at Presbyterian Hospital in Greenville.
Mr. Isham was born in Campbell, Texas on April 9, 1934 the son of John and Minnie Click Isham. He married Patricia Wheatley in Campbell, Texas on November 5, 1953
They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Isham retired from Lone Star Gas Co after twenty three years. He also was a driver for Sulphur Springs Ford. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Garland and the Lions Club. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife Patricia Isham of Sulphur Springs; sons, Robert Scott Isham and wife Debra of Dike and Kenneth John Isham of Sulphur Springs; brother, Johnny G, Isham of Commerce; three grandchildren, Blake, Brianna, and Kyle Isham.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Marshall Ray Isham in 1974.
