Mrs. Frank (Viola) Nemetz, 89, of Park Lawn Home, formerly of 1212 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon in the home.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Keith Haag will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Nemetz, nee Viola Rosinsky, was born May 19, 1888, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Carl and Augusta Zibell Rosinsky. She was educated in Manitowoc schools and was a Manitowoc resident all her life. She was married to Frank Nemetz Sept. 11, 1909, in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death March 6, 1963. She was a member of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid Society of the Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, William and Cynthia Arpin Jr. of Two Rivers, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A daughter, Eunice Schroedl, preceded her in death in 1976. Three brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Ninth Street Chapel, from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and in church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service. Memorials may be made to First German Evangelical Lutheran Church.
