James L. Admire, 47 of Mexico, died at 9:27 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Forman officiating. Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park.
Jim was born March 22, 1963 in Mexico, the son of Frank and Judy Admire. On Dec. 29, 1989 in Vandalia, he married Ronda L. Hailey.
Mr. Admire was baptized at Lockewood Park Baptist Church. He was a 1981 graduate of Mexico High School and worked as a union organizer for AFSCME. Jim enjoyed hunting and as an avid bow hunter, he was sponsored by Muzzy and Mathews. He was a member of the Freedom of the Road Riders.

Jim was preceded in death by a son, Dylan Admire; his father, Frank Admire; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Ball, Leighton and Lorene Admire and Arch Ronimous.
