"Jacob Logan, Grafton civic leader, dies"
Grafton-Jacob Logan, 84, who had formerly served on the Grafton Board of Educaiton and at one time was chairman of the Grafton Board of Public Affairs died last night in Elyria Memorial Hospital. He was ill four weeks.
Mr. Logan, of Railroad St. was born in Uniopolis and had lived in the Grafton vicinity 43 years. Before retirement he was warehouse foreman at the Sunshine Biscuit Inc for 21 years. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Mr Logan's wife Mary died in 1959. Surviving are three sons, Robert and Russell both of Grafton and Richard of Elyria; seven grandchildren; a brother, Vincent of Wapakneta and a sister. Mrs Sylvia Borden of Toledo.
