Louis Frederick Rothermel, III, 44, passed away in Dallas, Texas.

Son of Jane and Louis F. Rothermel, II.

He is survived by his parents, beloved wife, Honey, son Reed, sister Lynn Rothermel Dunphy, in-laws and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his son, H. House Rothermel, and his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Lynn, Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Rothermel.
Louis graduated from The Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas where he attended since the age of four. He obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from SMU where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Louis enjoyed a career in real estate where he was managing director of Prescott Realty Group. He also enjoyed spending time with the couple's many friends in travelling and hunting. Louis was a member of Brook Hollow Country Club, Idlywild and Terpsciorian Clubs.

A Memorial Service was held Saturday, July 21, 2012 at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 8011 Douglas Ave., Dallas, Texas.
