Services for Marjorie E. Vidmar, 86, of Wickliffe, a homemaker, will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe.

Mrs. Vidmar died Sept. 15, 2003, at LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby.

Born May 28, 1917, in Detroit, Mich., she lived in Wickliffe the past 48 years.

Mrs. Vidmar was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker and a friend to all. She was a dedicated pet owner and a supporter of animal welfare.

Survivors are her son, George Jr.; daughters, Judith M. Powers, Marilyn E. (George) Sirn and Joanne M. (Kevin) James; sisters, Adelaid Koepke and Sr. Adele Golden CSJ; grandchildren, Christopher James and Amanda James; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Sr. in 1995; parents, Leo and Anna (McKeon) Golden; brothers, Robert Golden and Lawrence Golden; and sisters, Mary Whalen and Gertrude Golden.
