Jennie E. Neuser, 97,of North Ridge Care Center, formerly of 1030 N. 13th Street, Manitowoc, died Wednesday afternoon, February 5, at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9 am Saturday at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and 9:30 am at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Leo J. Schmitt with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Neuser was born January 11, 1889 at Maple Grove, daughter of the late Laurence and Mary Morrisey Gill. She married John Neuser on June 12, 1950 at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death February 28, 1963. Mrs. Neuser was a member of Manitowoc Senior Citizens, the Mary Knoll Mission Society, Holy Innocents Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers and Altar Society of the church.

Survivors include a step son and step daughter-in-law, Elmer and Blanche Neuser of Manitowoc; six step daughters and two step sons-in-law, Mrs. Eleanor Fischer of Manitowoc, Mrs. Rosella Herman of Milwaukee, Mrs. Lucille Mailand of Manitowoc, Arlene and Ben Fischer of Manitowoc, Marie and Oscar Gresl of Manitowoc and Mrs. Lorraine Lancioni of Chicago; 32 step grandchildren; several step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends survived. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5 pm to 8 pm Friday afternoon. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm Friday evening led by Deacon Paul A. Kieffer.
