Edmund J. Baumgartner, 69, of 901 Buffalo St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Friday evening in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Dominic Giles S.D.S. will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Baumgartner was born Nov. 6, 1910, in St. Nazianz, son of the late Anton and Josephine Gutman Baumgartner. He was employed for over 20 years as a driver for Red Top Cab Company retiring in 1978.
Survivors include five sons, Vernon and James, both of Florida, Norman of Colorado, Kenneth of Calif., and Edward A. of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Rose Marie and Richard Wicihowski of Route 1, Valders; 13 grandchildren and a special friend, Janet Kiel of Manitowoc.
Friends may call in the funeral home from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock this Sunday evening and Monday until the time of services.
