Albert was a US Navy Veteran and a Life member of the American Legion Wayne Post 64, VFW and Moose Lodge. He was a HAM Radio operator, call sign K09N. He loved to golf and spend his winters at his home in South Texas.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his son Carl, and a brother, Allan Carr, who died during WWII.
Albert is survived by sons; Albert C. Carr, Jr., Kona, HI., Steven C. Carr of Boise, ID, his daughter, Karen J. Coffey and her husband Jim Coffey of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, David Carr, Samuel Carr, Suzanne Carr, Jessica Carr, Joseph Carr, Jennifer Carr, Jacob Carr, Alex Westwood Carr, Lindsey Elizabeth Carr, Nadine Carr, Christopher Michael Coffey, Aimee Elizabeth Pfeiffer, Alan Scott Carr, Ryan Parker Carr and Travis Daniel Carr; and several great grandchildren.
