Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church. The Rev John Hophner will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Quint (nee Gertrude E. Burkart), was born Jan 23, 1908, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Edward and Clara (Muller) Burkart. She was married to James G. Quint - Sept 1, 1930, at Manitowoc.
She had been employed at National Tinsel Mfg. Co. for more that 30 years, retiring Jan 1, 1974. She was a member of the St. Ann Society of St. Boniface Church, Daughters of Isabella, Catholic Women's Club, Business Professional Women's Club and was a charter member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 710 Women's Club.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, James W., of Kailua, Hawaii, and Donald L., of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. Harry D. (Joy Ann) Bahr. of Coon Rapids, Minn.; three sisters, Mrs. Leona Stuewe and Mrs. Henry Anhalt, of Manitowoc and Mrs Lawrence Schwaab, of Richfield, Minn., and six grandchildren.
A son, Lee, preceded her in death in 1971.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday where the Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. by the Daughters of Isabella and a wake service will be held at 7 p.m. by St. Ann Society, Catholic Women's Club, KC Women's Club and friends.
