Mr. Ralph Gilbert Adams Sr., 80, a resident of Elberta, died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011.
Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Freddie Adams of Elberta; two daughters, Barbara Bridges of Cottondale, Ala. and Missy Liedy of Madison, Ala.; two sons, Butch Adams of Athens, Ala. and Greg Adams of Aiken, S.C.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011 at the Summerdale Church of Christ.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Summerdale Church of Christ Missionary Fund, 1070 Hwy. 59 S., Summerdale, AL 36580.
