Louise M. Allen, age 90, formerly of 1433 N. Sixth St., Manitowoc, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, Friday, Feb. 11, 2005 at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center. Private family funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, State Highway 310, Manitowoc. The Rev. Larry McCann will officiate. Entombment will follow at Knollwood Mausoleum.
Louise was born Oct. 20, 1914, in Belleville, Ill., daughter of the late George and Anna Krupp Goeddel. On April 5, 1942, Louise married Clair S. Allen in Peoria, Ill. He preceded her in death June 30, 1972.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law: Marsha and Dean Flynn, Manitowoc; twin granddaughters: Lisa Ramage and special Brian Mathes, both of Manitowoc; Lori and Bob Nullmeyer, Manitowoc; one great-grandson: Jestin Nullmeyer, Manitowoc. Other relatives also survive.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to (sic) the Lakeshore Humane Society. Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
